Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (or order number).

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In the event that a product is defective, please contact us below and we will either issue a refund or send you a new product. You may be asked to send this product back or furnish evidence.

Please note that any reward points given for purchase will be deducted on any returns or refunds. On multiple product orders, points will be deducted as applicable.  

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the shipment of any items will be refunded promptly, the same business day (your credit card agency may not register the returned funds for 24-48 hours, sometimes longer). Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process as detailed above.
